The extension of the membrane in the Enoveneta presses fully covers the draining surface, allowing to operate with any quantity -or withoutof product inside and exactly controlling the pressure level. An internal device gently breaks up the pomace. The software allows the control on all the operations and monitoring the ongoing processing in real time on the 6” display.
