PREXA N-INFINITY
The special feature of this winery equipment is the ability of the pneumatic press to autonomously obtain nitrogen from the atmospheric air by means of a molecular divider. Nitrogen is made available during the different processing cycles.
The nitrogen captured is automatically managed by the system. This process serves to inertise the pressing environment and ensure fast and constant draining of the musts, right from the first stage of press loading.
The INFINITY system of this wine press offers a unique advantage: unlimited availability of new nitrogen, eliminating the need for recirculation or storage.
The pressurised nitrogen, which enters the pressing chamber at each cycle:
- ensures complete inertisation
- facilitates continuous and more efficient draining than conventional systems
